What is the process for purchase appraisal?

Is the appraisal estimate free?

The estimate is free. We will carefully address any uncertainties you may have, so please rest assured.
On-site appraisal is also free of charge.

Are there restrictions on the types of machines you buy?

We mainly handle NC machine tools, machine tools, forging machines, sheet metal machines, measuring machines, and peripheral equipment.
We also handle bulk purchases of factory equipment, so please feel free to consult us.

Are there any regional restrictions for buying?

We can visit you anywhere in Japan.

Can you buy broken machines?

Please let us know if there are any malfunctions or defects. If repair is possible, we may be able to purchase the machine. Please contact us before making a judgment yourself.

What should I prepare when requesting an appraisal?

Please prepare any accessories or specifications if available.

How do you process payments for purchased machines?

Once an invoice is issued, we will transfer the payment to your designated account.

If I receive an appraisal, am I obligated to sell?

Please consider the appraisal amount we provide and make a decision at your discretion.

How are the dismantling, removal, and transportation costs of purchased machines handled?

We bear the costs for dismantling, removal, and transportation related to the purchase. The appraisal and estimate include these costs, as noted in the estimate document. Depending on the type of machine, transportation distance, and size, there may be cases where we ask the customer to cover some costs. Our staff will provide a detailed explanation during the appraisal, so feel free to ask any questions.

Can I sell by bringing the items to you?

Yes, it is possible. However, depending on the product, we may not be able to buy it, so please contact us in advance.

Can you purchase machines due to factory relocation or closure?

We can accommodate this.
Our team of machine restoration experts can also handle scrap and waste disposal (additional fees may apply).

About Selling

Can I inspect the machine or conduct test operations or test cuts?

You can inspect the machine during business hours (weekdays 08:30–17:30). If you contact us in advance, we can prepare for test operations and look forward to your visit. Test cuts are also possible under certain conditions.

Are accessories included?

Due to the nature of used items, some accessories may be missing. Please contact us in advance.

Can I request transportation for the machine I purchased?

We or our partners can arrange transportation. We can also provide leveling and test operations during installation as requested.

Is it possible to reserve items?

In some cases, it may be possible. Please contact us in advance.

What is the delivery time?

The delivery time will be determined during prior discussions. In some cases, immediate shipment may be possible depending on the machine's condition and transportation schedule. If you are in a hurry, please feel free to contact us.

Can you tell me about after-sales service?

Generally, we ask customers to inspect the actual machine at our warehouse for acceptance. We also offer post-delivery test operations upon request (some restrictions depending on the model). In such cases, we handle the startup process. We may also be able to facilitate maintenance contracts with the manufacturer. Please contact us for details.

What other costs are involved besides the product price?

Shipping, installation work, and test operation costs may be required (we can provide an estimate). For your convenience, please prepare the primary equipment on the factory side as necessary.

What is the warranty on the products?

As used items, they are sold as-is, with no warranty. Please inspect the actual item as much as possible, and make your purchase at your discretion.

About Buying and Selling

Does the price include transportation (shipping) fees?

The selling price does not include shipping fees (the price is for pickup at our warehouse). Shipping (delivery) is available at an additional cost. The purchase price includes pickup and transportation fees. Customers can also bring items to our warehouse.

Are there any additional charges?

Additional charges may apply for tasks not covered in prior discussions, such as moving other machines within the factory.

What types of machine transport vehicles do you have?

We have one 10-ton truck, two 4-ton trucks, a double cab, forklifts (1.5 tons, 2.5 tons, 4 tons), and partner with many heavy machinery and engineering companies for general heavy-duty work.
